2358999.M41: The Imperial Garrison guarding the research project code named: EMPEROR'S TEARS abandoned it's post on Attilus VII.
2360999.M41: Inquisitor Luminus Varus makes contact with Augur's Space Marine Chapter and receives confirmation of request for force.
2361999.M41: Contact lost with Mercurius, Scout Cutter. Commander Aggelos commits 2nd Company Fleet, with support from Legio Propheticus commits forces to action and directs immediate translation to warp with course set to Attilus VII.
2363999.M41: Augur's, 2nd Company translates to realspace and reaches Attilus VII. Upon achieving planetfall, Scout Squad Epsilon reaches primary garrison access shaft and confirms no contact with Imperial forces or sign of enemy contact. At approximately 0500 hours, Terran Standard adjusted for Attilus Gravitational Pattern, Squad Epsilon reports contact with Orkoid infantry holding the the garrison access shaft. Commander Aggelos orders full deployment of forces.
Legio Propheticus commits two engines to the conflict, the Lupus Purgatus and the Lux Fidelis. At 0600 hours, one Ork Stompa rises from access shaft heavy lift platform accompanied by two gargantuan four-legged Orkoids.
Bombardment ensues from potential unknown third party. Devastates both Ork and Imperial Forces.
Reaver Pattern war engine, Identified as Umbral Assault, detected active.
Umbral Assault makes contact with Imperial Forces and opens fire from behind. Attacks directed toward Augurs forces.
Tau forces disengage cloaking fields and engage Orks and Augurs with aid of lost Imperial Guard Regiment.
